Easter Sunday Kids Funday: Family fun for a cause 2019

Local fundraiser featuring:

Sunday 21 April, from 11am

A giant Easter egg hunt, Easter-themed interactive game, Easter-themed arts and crafts, egg and spoon races, face painting and a VIP visit from the Easter Bunny will feature at this year’s special family fundraising event, Murray’s Easter Sunday Kids’ Funday.

Being held this Easter Sunday 21 April at Murray’s Brewery & Port Stephens Winery, Port Stephens, Easter Sunday Kids’ Funday is a special event which will raise funds for the Fingal Bay Surf Life Saving Club and Birubi Surf Life Saving Club.

Parents are asked to pre book and pre pay a $5 donation for each child participating in the morning’s kids’ activities, with 100% of proceeds donated to the Fingal Bay Surf Life Saving Club and Birubi Surf Life Saving Club.

“We invite families to come along and play our Easter interactive game, create craft masterpieces with their children and join the Easter Bunny to celebrate Easter – it’s an amazing family day relaxing and spending quality time together. Join us this Easter and enjoy a great family day out and do something good at the same time,” said Brewery owner, Murray Howe.

And Easter Sunday need not be just for the kids. Murray’s Brewery hosts its annual Easter Blues & Brews Festival across the Easter long weekend, with a FREE live blues concert featuring The Blues Bombers on Easter Sunday, and talented musician Nano performing on Easter Saturday.

The Easter long weekend also marks the Brewery’s highly anticipated release of its hugely popular Easter Ales – Hot Cross Bun Beer and our NEW White Chocolate Easter Egg Beer!

“White Chocolate Easter Egg Beer is a really decadent brew and when it hits your lips it’s like an alcohol-infused chocolate explosion. And our Hot Cross Bun Beer literally tastes like a hot cross bun – but in a glass. It’s chock full or raisins, cinnamon and spices and extremely delicious,” says Murray.
