Terms and Conditions
Murrays Brewery and Port Stephens Winery Rewards program is operated by Rewardle. Your access and/or use of the rewardle platform constitutes your consent to the terms and conditions listed on their website. If you disagree with any of the items that form the terms of service you must not use the rewardle platform.
How do I join the Rewards Program?
- To join our Rewards Program, you must download the Rewardle app or collect a Loyalty Card from Murrays Brewery and Port Stephens Winery.
- You can earn points on eligible purchases immediately; however you may not redeem your points on your first visit.
How do I earn points?
- By presenting your App/Loyalty Card at the time of purchase, you will earn points each time you purchase food, beverage or merchandise at Murrays Brewery and Port Stephens Winery.
- Points must be added to your rewardle account on the day of purchase only. No points will be added in the days following your purchase.
- The number of points you earn depends on the amount of money spent. You'll find information about how to earn and redeem points on our website at www.murraysbrewingco.com.au
How do I redeem points?
- Before you can redeem points, you must first register via the app or loyalty card.
- You must present your Loyalty Card or app to redeem rewards
- You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash (including as part payment for any purchases at a Murray's Brewery or Port Stephens Winery). You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.
What if I lose my Loyalty Card?
- If you have the Rewardle phone app, and have already merged your card to your phone; you don't need your plastic card, and you can use the QR code in the app as it should have all the points from your card. If you prefer using a plastic card, just grab a new card and merge it to you phone so that the card will have the same points. If you do not have our phone app, you can just grab a new card and register with the same email address. We will automatically merge all your previous points to that new card if it has the same email address as your previous card.
What else do I need to know?
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Rewards Program if you don't use your Loyalty Card to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
- We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each item and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at www.murraysbrewingco.com.au
- Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to our Rewards Program, and are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
