This week, not quite all of our spent grain (leftover grain from brewing a batch of beer) is going to Oakvale Farm. For the first time, we are using it (in this instance from our most recent batch of Whale Ale) as an ingredient in items on our menu.
Woodfire Margherita Pizza made with Spent Grain is going to be on our specials menu this weekend.
